Today, we're going to take a look at gate 8. The gate of contribution or holding together. What I love about this gate is it's familiar to me. It is also in the Throat Center. You're going to start to see a theme here as you see all the gates of the throat are going to be here in this quarter of form. So saying I know I can contribute or not. Your contribution will come through a public display of your individual lifestyle, direction, or creations you are drawn to. What is novel and innovative, and you attract others to it as well. It also leads by example.

The requirement for holding together with others is that we hold together with our own inner truth. The 8th gate is in the individual circuitry. What leads us here through inspiration. Gate 61 is all about inner truth. How do we empower ourselves by trusting our own inner truth, and that inner truth is going to be spoken loud and clear through our own strategy and authority? If it isn't truthful, there's going to be no movement for the body to be placed in that experience or in that experiment.

However, the not-self mind loves to pull us down rabbit holes that are not correct for us. If you have this gate like me, it's about contributing. For me as a manifesting generator, when I am asked and I respond, I know that that response is going to create an educated contribution right here right now for those that can hear my education. It's about contributing to the whole and knowing when I can contribute and when I cannot contribute.

There are a lot of times that I sit back and say nothing first and foremost. I understand that I have the 39th gate in individuality as well, so when my energy shows up, it is provoking the spirit of those around me. Now that I completely understand human design, when there's a response from the body to speak or to act, then I know that there's going to be a contribution. If there's nothing from the body, I know that those people are not going to be able to hear the propagation, or they will be ready for the provocation

If you have this in your design, you're here to lead by example, and again, timing is huge. Here we are not-self - it will push you into speaking before the right time. Chasing after, I can contribute. When it is undefined in your bodygraph, you're here to be this creative being. When the timing is correct and you can be in amongst the auric field of others, the contribution will present itself.

I've left this in here because mutation is about timing. Your contribution to the group goals will not be heard if the timing is not correct. That's more so for the defined gate 8. However, mutation is about timing. When you have the 1, and it's pointing up towards the 8, your creative self-expression is all about timing. Don't let the undefined Throat Center push you into taking action before it is correct for you. It will try to be noisy, and it will do its best to do whatever it has to do to get your attention. Then you're going to try to do your best to get everybody else's attention through the undefined throat. It's only about timing.
